Our inclusion mission is to promote an inclusive work environment which fosters mutualism, where respect, trust, and integrity are valued and everyone is free to contribute in ways that enable each person to reach his or her full potential and make a difference to our clients, our people, and our communities. Under the umbrella of inclusion, Crowe established a diversity initiative, which focuses specifically on awareness building, retention, advancement, and career development programs for all our people; a leadership program targeted at high-potential women (Women Into Leadership); and work/life integration strategies and policies.
