John Grivetti has more than 16 years of financial advisory experience, specializing in the preparation and evaluation of financial projections and business plans. His experience encompasses a range of industries and includes evaluating working capital and cash flow, analyzing capital structure alternatives, and advising on deal structuring and negotiations.

Mr. Grivetti also has extensive experience as a financial and accounting adviser for debtors and related constituents in bankruptcy proceedings. He has led numerous due diligence investigations for Crowe Horwath LLP’s lending and private equity clients.

Prior to joining Crowe, Mr. Grivetti worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC in its restructuring advisory services group, and he began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Grivetti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
